The members of the guidance division get the authority power and the financial benefits. The commander of each nation (Bygeniou and Arlington) will settle political problems between two nations by 1 by 1 conversation. 1st class guidance (Commander in Chief and Chairman)

- To be elected by winning the front-line base war.

1st class guidance
- The color of ID will be changed into green
- the items that have special effect and defense buff will be given. The special item is allowed to sell them at the shop and exchange them and save them at the warehouse.

- 5 buff items are given, these items can be used in the map the 1st class guidance in. But the effect of the buff will be disappeared when they are brought down
- 5 happy hour items are given. Using this item, the chairman and the commander in chief start 2hours happy time.

| Election
|
The election is designed for voting the 1st class guidance in each nation.
1) The qualification is the same as that of the 1st class guidance. And the monthly brigade fame point should be increased over 1,000 points when they run for the election.
2) qualification of the right of voting
- only one right of voting per ID.
- The right will be given to someone who decide the nation (over 11 level).
- the candidate also have the right of voting.
3) Election Schedule The 1st class guidance election will be held once a month. It will start 7days earlier when they have monthly regular inspection. They have 3 days for enrolling the election and 3 days for voting. Finallu the election will be terminated on the day when they have a regular inspection.
4) the way to join the election The enrollment, candidate information and voting for the 1st class guidance will be supported on the control tower in each city
